While I know this is a spoof.. Interestingly enough helium is not a renewable resource. Unlike many of our gas products, helium is not condensed from atmospheric gases but is a product of radioactive decomposition. It collects in the same pockets as natural gas does. Once refined out and release in to the atmosphere it keeps going up to the outer reaches of the atmosphere with much escaping in to space. When we run out of helium. That's it. It's all gone. Currently this is a concern for scientist as liquid helium is a useful agent on getting things real cold.
