According to the ADL, denying one's privilege is a "biased attitude." The ADL included an article by Peggy McIntosh called "White Privilege: Unpacking the Invisible Knapsack" within the lesson plan. The article indicated that White women are "justly seen as oppressive" and said they "enjoy unearned skin privilege."
