Thanks to @Deorum other is just now nodak

You'd probably be hard pressed to find anybody who adores their home state to the extent and level that I do. I Am @NoDak, NoDak Is Me. I love its ancestry, character, culture, heritage, history, landscape, laws, policies and primary sector driven economy. It has a distinctive identity and there ain't shit about it that needs to be made great again. It's what MAGA wishes it was. Aside from keeping southern brother Dak in the fold, the idea going forward is to keep it as autonomous, disconnected and isolated from the rest of the country as possible with an approach of localism and cultural parochialism.

If he gets FU money and goes to Yellowstone, make sure he makes it to Yellowstone in Idaho. Also, known as the ZONE OF DEATH.

The United States District Court for the District of Wyoming is currently the only United States district court to have jurisdiction over parts of multiple states. This is because its jurisdiction includes all of Yellowstone National Park, which extends slightly beyond Wyoming's boundaries into Idaho and Montana. In addition, the federal government has exclusive jurisdiction over the park, so crimes committed in the park cannot be prosecuted under any of the states' laws.[6]

Trials in the district court are normally held at the federal courthouse in Cheyenne, Wyoming. However, the Sixth Amendment to the United States Constitution decrees that juries in federal criminal cases must be made up of citizens who are from both the district and state where the crime was committed. Because of this, charges for a crime alleged to have been committed in the area of the park in Idaho would have to be tried before a jury consisting entirely of residents of that area, and the trial would also have to take place in that area.[6] As the Idaho portion of the park is uninhabited, a jury of residents of both the state and district could not be empaneled. As the Constitution guarantees the right to a jury trial, specified three separate times (Article III, Section 2; 6th Amendment; 7th Amendment), a defendant facing any felony or misdemeanor charge, being unable to receive a constitutional trial, could not be legally punished regardless of guilt or innocence.[7][6]

Bring your vodka, guns, rope and sexual lubricants because in the ZoD it's time to fucking party.

@lifelessheap been trying to pump up his adopted Idaho parallel to my flexing of the NoDak narrative and even made suggestions for a multi-state alliance (great idea actually, lol) but it's clear that he's still not over what they did to his beloved California. The place was actually the shit until it became majority (and especially super-majority) Dem. It has been irrevocably altered and becomes a worse place with literally every single passing day. Oof, I'd be fucking livid.

You've done a good job of making me interested in a place I otherwise never would've given a second thought

There is no state in America that is more deeply tied to agriculture. It has an abhorrence for debt, contempt for deficit spending, disdain for multinational corporations, enormous mistrust for high finance, and huge emphasis on self-sufficiency and work ethic -- a large part of which is reflected by having a publicly-owned bank (the only in the country), a state-owned mill and elevator (the largest in the country) and a ban on corporate farming and land ownership. It's also about as pro-2A and pro-life as you can possibly be under federal law, it's Based As Fuck.

He really has! Should get a job at the tourist board or for one of those groups who brings is outside investors (though I’m sure he wouldn’t want any part in the second one)

The ND tourism board, lol. I spend more time mocking the existence of it than anything else, almost sent them a DM once saying "give it up already, nobody likes us" but thought better of it because it would needlessly hurt their feels and they're good people who try so hard. This was an objectively idiotic decision though and to be fair it was the governor not the tourism board. Why the fuck would you change the logo to such bland cringey shite? The top one is the OG.

I chopped this up to less than 5 minutes just for you, be interested in the full length doc? To say a movement like this (and with the level of success it had) has been rare in American history would be a pretty drastic understatement, Porky pissed his pants.

Absolutely interested in a full length doc on this. “Nothing is more dangerous then a smart person who recognises who is exploiting them” amen

$9500 was given to an out-of-state firm with no bids required for that beauty.
