My point is it’s not indication of intelligence, or any more useful then a digital clock. It will most likely slowly drift into being obsolete, just like cursive. Comparing it to the value of reading is hilarious

I'm sorry, but if you can't read an analog clock after someone explaining it to you once, then you're not exactly Mensa material. These are skills that were being taught to my peers and I when we were in kindergarten.

There will always be analog clocks in government and professional buildings. Besides, digital clocks have been readily available since the 1970's, but haven't fully replaced their analog counterparts. Analog wall clocks are just more ascetically pleasing.

Yeah, it's childish, very similar to the Brits.

I remember going to a session on a field trip at school to watch a session live. I always vividly recall watching some back bencher clapping like a seal, making loud noises. Everytime I see seals I think of parliament.
