Last sentence says it all. How will the virus raise again? Nearly half have had the vaccine and many of the rest have actually had the virus. They know the shot is more worthless day by day. This shit will go on forever until we make it stop.

Arizona is better than Texas IMO, but I'm biased as I live here. It's less populous, the state-wide infrastructure is unquestionably better, and as I've detailed rather extensively in both this and especially other threads, it's on the rise to becoming one of the global capitals and hubs for advanced manufacturing.

I'd far prefer living in the North or Southeast valley of Phoenix-Metro than any major Texas city. If huge cities aren't your thing then Flagstaff, Sedona and Prescott (where Ruger has a major firearms manufacturing plant) are all beautiful with much cooler weather than Phoenix's infamous summer heat.

The governor (Doug Ducey) doesn't get as much national play as DeSantis (Florida) or Abbott (Texas) and is far more low-key, but he's done everything he can to prevent any sort of lockdowns, mandates and restrictions that the federal government and other states are imposing. He, along with the state legislature have done everything they can to reject any possible 2nd Amendment infringements. All of the authoritarian sort of encroachment and power grabs? We don't feel or see it here.

The vote was 17-13 in the GOP-controlled Senate, sending the measure, House Bill 2111, to Republican Gov. Doug Ducey, who has repeatedly promoted himself as a strong supporter of the right to bear arms.
