A tragedy when you're rushing for something but, when you're not, it's kind of liberating. It's like, "Oh well. This first world problem has sufficiently inconvenienced me to the point that this can pretty much be my morning. Anything else I accomplish is gravy."

Some of the best runners in the world, from 100 Metre Sprints to Marathons, are black. And that's not even mentioning black athletes in other sports who made running a major part of their conditioning. From Robinson, Ali etc putting in miles of roadwork before each fight, to Walter Payton sprinting up a hill most people would struggle to crawl up on their hands and knees.

ETA: Jogging isn't a Sport; it's a training method. And it's not racist; all you need are a good pair of training shoes and somewhere to run. That's within reach of the vast majority of people, whatever their race, creed or colour.
