I'm not sure I'd agree with you about ChronoTrigger. Yes it was a great game, yes it was the dream team on the production side, yes the story was good, yes it pushed the technology, yes the mechanics were good but the best of all time? Final Fantasy 7 checks all those boxes too.

So many great jRPGs I can't even narrow down a top five.
