I remember, I think it was @Rational Poster who couldn't fathom the idea that Native American tribes fought, killed and took land/resources from other tribes before Columbus showed up. Even though groups of people have been fighting and taking land/resources from other groups of people all throughout history, he thought all the Native American tribes lived in peace and harmony together.
