I wonder if next we will see the Left trying to create 2 classes of people. The vaccinated vs the unvaccinated. That is the message of the commercial and Fauci and the new administration want very much to create vaccine passports and penalty for those who do not an experimental vaccine. Many of us do not want to join the great global genetic experiment.

They probably want to do that but slowly, but surely, top left-wing people are being exposed. MSM media is being exposed as drama-filled hacks, Fauci is being exposed as a corrupt little goblin, the economy is getting worse and Biden is constantly falling down and creeping on little girls.

Now that there's no orange man as a focal point for their whatabouttisms, the voters will have to come to terms with the consequences of their vote.

How do you feel about Japan after living there? Are your children half Japanese?

This reminds me of something I read about recently.

Anyone remember how weird Twitter people tried to justify all these woke comics selling terribly with "well, the whole comic industry is failing so that doesn't mean anything!"

Recently, we found out that the top 20 best selling comic/graphic novels these days are ALL manga. Every single one in the top 20 is manga. Japan isn't down with that goofy woke shit and they have profited well while Marvel/DC continue to peddle woke nonsense as their sales plummet.

Used to think they were nuts for working all the time and being busy for no real reason. It with all the insanity as of late, I see the benefits of being buys. Idle hands and all that

and yeah my kids are half Japanese. They are bilingual though, which even for mixed kids is rare

Wow that’s pretty bad for comics. Doesn’t help that they recycle stories all the time and rarely make new actual series.
Add in, most people don’t like some nonsense, especially older men who would normally buy comics and it’s a disaster for DC/Marvel

Also, manga has consistent quality, story-wise and art-wise. It's usually the same people telling the story and drawing the panels throughout the manga's run.

Marvel/DC on the other hand has so many different artists and storytellers for one character. One arc can be interesting and the next arc be dogshit. The art could be amazing for a few issues and then turn into something a 7-year old would draw the next few issues.

Yeah consistent quality is definitely a problem. I’ve bight a few comics and was like this is a fanfic, why did I pay like 6 bucks for 18 pages of wanking.
I was never big into comics but I definitely stopped all purchasing around 06, just wasn’t worth the money.
also going so high level gloss is nice tone to tone due to the art, but it means you only get 16 pages or whatever per book. Meanwhile a manga gets you well over a hundred pages. Just not the same thing at all
