That guy has a Ph.D in history and is a college prof running for congress who thought it was acceptable to send a Klan hood to a black woman to score woke points.

He's now deleted all social media accounts And his website. She's gone to the cops to pursue a hate crime. Dems in the comments are still defending him.

Twitter initially said there was nothing wrong with the tweet....
