just google "american family" and see whats first!

Many of these are fake so I tried this myself and yup.

Also, "pregnant white woman" has mostly black dudes there with her

imagine this caption "black man with white woman" . Now google "white woman" what do you find? If there is no "black" involved it doesn't make sense to point out "white". Makes sense doesn't it?
