The technical terms are "domestic terrorism" and "international terrorism". 9/11 was international terrorism because it was planned, and financed from outside the US. Oklahoma City was domestic terrorism because it was planned and financed here.

Personally I cannot reply to your post. Or anyones. I can reply in almost all threads except the ones I'm banned in from yesterday.
