What in the fuck. I had no idea this was happening. After all that remodeling. Infuriating.

We already know how worthless (if not blackmailed or just outright treasonous) government officials are, but it certainly doesn't help when the Church has crippled and watered itself down. I listed several specific decrees and declarations from Vatican II (1962-1965) that can and should be revoked by Leo XIV. OTOH, it would do well to fully mend with the Eastern Orthodox church(es) given that the core doctrines are practically identical. However, that's a convo for the DMs.

Fun fact. I was in Paris doing some 75th anniversary DDay planning when Notre Dam burned the first time. Ran over to the site the next day just to look around.

2 days later Paris news and social media was insuring it was NOT a terrorist or Islamic attack. They weren't sure what started it but they WERE sure it wasn't them...

I was like... sure are a lot of Catholic and Christian churches burning down...must all be a coincidence.

The historic cathedrals of Chartres (1126-1252), Cologne (1248-1560), and Milan (1386-1965) - amongst others - will probably all be major targets of arson, desecration, and destruction in the coming years.

Laughing so fucking hard right now.

Trump has blown the excuse for any country dealing with mass migration and any future Democrat admin that wants to pretend immigration can’t be controlled.
