But seriously though, who determines which thread gets stickied? Can't we all collectively ignore his thread and have someone else, or you, start a new one? It really is an inconvenience having to unblock him to find the damn thread and then have to bookmark it every time I visit.

And it absolutely should be against the rules to post so many times in a row. Why does every shitty meme have to be its own post?

When it's a thread that is in a series like this one or the lounge thread it's first come first serve as far as making a new one. Any one of the war room mods can sticky it, although it is usually me. We don't have any hard and fast rules about number of memes per post or limits on consecutive posts. It has been discussed in previous versions and through some pms, but no consensus was ever reached. I am always open to ideas, but they need to be things that people can agree on. I'm not limiting who can start the threads, because despite what some people think this is not a partisan thread.

I'm the only mod who really cares to moderate these threads and I'm not here 24 hrs a day. And I like leaving it up to the contributors, a few of them are really creative with the thread titles.
