Manhoef is pretty much done, but if we're talking about a younger Manhoef, then Manhoef by absolute destruction. The man was able to go toe-to-toe with actual HWs, going to decisions with absolute beasts like Spong and Bonjasky. Hell, he was the first person to KO Hunto with a headshot. McGregor is a pretty good striker, but there is no way in hell he'd be able to survive a full fight with a top HW.
