I would prefer the courts decide if everything is on the up and up so we don't have to rehash it every few weeks.

The courts are deciding it, and largely have already. Trump has lost every case he has filed so far, except for (arguably) a PA case filed before the election, and a pair of older cases that were implemented before the election. Scotus hasnt issued a final holding in that case yet, but it doesn't affect enough votes to change PA, let alone the state.

I dont really care beyond it being a waste of time and money. Instead of wasting time on nonsense lawsuits he could have some dignity and try to do the best job he can for the time he has left.
