My speculation. Meisha cant choose who she defends the belt against, but will make it a hassle for ronda and the ufc.

They can make ronda an interim belt, but she prob gotta fight holly for it, so she wont.

When you drop out of a fight due to injury you have to prove your injury to the UFC doctors or you get sued for everything you've ever made in your life.
