Guys who are balding to the point where they know they have to shave their head soon always become very nervous because they don't know if there's a bizarre skull shape that's been hidden by that hair all those years. Ali is a great example of a guy who had legitimate reason to worry. It's like he's part rhinoceros or something. What a grotesque skull.
