Firstly:

In the answer to question no. 194116 we stated that there is nothing wrong with applying kohl to conceal baldness, and that is not regarded as changing the creation of Allah, may He be exalted; rather it comes under the heading of permissible adornments.

The basic principle is that it is not permissible for the suitor to conceal any defects that may have a negative impact on married life in the sense that the wife would be put off by them, or they would prevent intimacy between them, or would make him unable to fulfill his wife's rights.

Based on that:

If the baldness is minimal, or it is something common and ordinary, then you do not have to disclose it.

But if the baldness is complete and may be off-putting, or it would affect the woman's decision to marry, then in this case it is not permissible to conceal it, because that is a kind of deception.

There is nothing wrong with you having hair transplant surgery; in sha Allah that will be a means of correcting the defect.

Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen (may Allaah have mercy on him) was asked about the ruling on taking hair from the back of the head and transplanting it in the affected spot. He said: Yes, that is permissible, because it comes under the heading of restoring that which Allaah has created, and of correcting a fault. It does not come under the heading of cosmetic procedures or adding to that which Allaah has created, or changing the creation of Allaah. Rather it is restoring something that is missing and correcting a fault. It is well known in the story of the three men, one of whom was bald and said that he wished that Allaah would give him back his hair, that the angel touched his head and Allaah gave him back his hair, and gave him beautiful hair. Al-Bukhaari, 3464; Muslim, 2964.

I have gone through the hadith exhaustively looking for any information on the Prophet's (PBUH) Norwaad but to no avail. It is sus that the chroniclers noted his every movement and characteristic but said nothing about his hairline. Only that his hair was "long and thick" and sometimes braided. But were they talking about the sides or the top of his head. Conspicuous absence IMO. Norwaad 7 detected?
