I don't expect him to look too much different. His FW frame with a little extra fat on him. I did not expect him to pack on muscle because he still needs to go back to 145. I didn't expect him to lean out much because he was only 168 last time.

His cardio and diet may have improved but it's not necessarily something that would be visible from a photo.

Exactly. He doesn't have the frame to pack on 10-12 extra pounds of muscle. Even if he did, all that muscle would just need oxygen and his cardio would suffer. He's a very large FW and would be an average sized WW. In a 5 round fight, if Diaz can't wear him down by making McGregor carry his 183-186lb frame, it's simply a failure to gameplane.

If so, making 145 shouldn't be that much of a problem imo.
