Media Mcgregor Faces Off & SPITS In Fan's Face After He Yelled "Khabib" TODAY

I dunno. While I agree on the general premise, most loudmouth on the internet are indeed bitches IRL, I think that it has become overestimated. On 100 how many people would accept getting spat on like that ? It can't be that many.

Nah not doing dips for the whole 2025. I have started doing OHP again and that one feels fine. But horizontal pushing is another story. Bench press hurts the sternum still, so I'm left with weighted pushup, which are more tolerable. Sometimes I do one arm pushups, surprisingly they compress the sternum less. I'm still rehabing the costochondroitis in the meantime, hoping to put that behind me this year.

Sounds terrible.. but amazing that a great lift like OHP still works. Do you have an OHP goal you want to hit?

He deserved it. Grown ass man acting like a 13 years old fanboy

Conor and Jones are neck and neck for P4P 1# biggest criminal in the UFC.

Conor might have surpassed him last year.

Im excited to see how Jon Jones responds.

Ain't neither of em got shit on Lee Murray.

That motherfucker was a proper criminal.

Yes, some disgusting shit. You gonna drink a glass of chilled saliva?

Sewage is also mostly water.

I wouldn't drink even my own saliva from a glass, but if McGregor spit on me after I'd insulted him, I would be like: "I got what I asked for, and saliva is mostly water, so chill".

Uh, whut?
Basically: Who cares if McGregor spat on some guy who insulted him?

That's a rhetorical question.

Now, had Jennifer Lawrence spit on someone, that would be interesting. Or some other celeb who's generally perceived as being a nice person.

Specifically it's the kettlebell OHP that works. I can press the 24kg but I'm pressing the 20Kg for reps right now because I still want to be careful with the injury. I'd like to be able to press the 32kg by end year, which would be around half my bodyweight. For a one handed OHP I think that would be great.

I had the same thing where the kb ohp was the only thing that felt good. Although due to the weight distribution of the kettlebell I had a hard time keeping the weight over the middle of my foot, and my elbows and arms would go too far forward from my chest resulting in some pretty nasty bicep tendinitis. But if you’re looking for something to help you get that press up Dan John’s easy strength worked very well for me to get from 1 rep with a 24 to being able to rep double 32s. Just something you may be interested in

I actually have a pretty good technique with kettlebell OHP and kettlebells in general so it's not a problem.

Thanks for the Dan John's program I will look it up. But to be frank I always had a program fitting Pavel's, or Dan's or Geoff Neupert programs into mine because they're so volume intensive. Except for simple and sinister of course.

Well this thread isn't about Jennifer Lawrence, it's about Conor who spat at someone and due to the laws, can be considered assault. How this is hard for people to understand is crazy.
