Dan is 30 and entering his prime. He gave Felder and Poirier hell in their fights and put on FOTY contenders in both. I have a feeling Hooker will be in the Top 10 for the next few years.

Anyone is vulnerable to being cut with a few losses. That doesn't mean you're actually in danger of being cut.

There are a number of ways to stay on the roster with a losing record, especially if you play ball with the UFC. Case in point: Cowboy.

Yoel got cut because he had a number of losses and his management and the UFC conflicted when it came to their view on Yoel's role within the UFC (title contender, gatekeeper, etc.).

If Tony plays hardball with the UFC (title or nothing), he can get cut. If he takes whatever fight they give him, with all certainty he will not be cut.
