I'll say 147. At 147 he's making it look really easy. They just can't keep up with his movement and hand speed. The only thing that seems to be lower at 147 is the number of knockouts. But that's to be expected with an increase in weight and if he ends up retiring at 49-0 then his KO percentage will still have been above 50%.

Well his best opponents were all at 147. He may have been athletically superior at 130 but his 147 run was much more impressive imo

I dont think so. Floyd basically cleaned out 130, and no one accused him of ducking anyone then because he took on every credible challenger including one he was the underdog against. He had 8 title fights and won 6 of them by stoppage.
