His voice change reminds me of Chris Leben. What causes that? Did they both take up chain smoking?

Isn't Leben an alcoholic? Might be that.

Yeah I defended this guy for years, was a huge fan for a long time, but it's hard to watch what has happened to him and there is no way to speak on his behalf now

He's suffering from mental illness.

He should be getting treatment, not thrown in a cage repeatedly which will only exacerbate his mental health issues.
