I've mentioned this a couple times recently on here, but I'm looking to get a bike soon, a cruiser to be exact. Thinking of maybe getting a Honda Shadow 750 or something similar.

Any riders in the 'berry?

What do you ride? Post pic if possible!

This or nothing.

Prince had a fascination with pancakes if I recall correctly. He's a good dude

I have a custom 2005 Honda VTX 1800. I'll add a pic later.

Like I said in the other thread, if you're looking for a bike and you're a newish rider, I highly recommend a 650 Yamaha V-Star. Great bike to start off with that you can actually to grow into. They're relatively cheap and are very easy to find, and they hold their value.

Prince liked Ronda Rousey's bodypaint photo shoot? Damn, I don't know about that guy anymore.

I don't get to ride as much as I would like. The riding season where I live is 4 months at best. It grates on me a little seeing thousands of my dollars sitting under a cover in my garage for a third of the year. But I'm not giving it up.

This is my second 1800 VTX. I had an 03 several years ago but I sold it when I went to school. I love the platform. That said, I will probably be selling this one fairly soon. It's a nice bike to leave at home in the driveway when you're going somewhere. I sold a Harley Roadking to buy this one because I felt like the Roadking was a bit of an old man's bike, but this one is a bit too much in the other direction.

I've owned:

1984 Kawasaki KZ1100 - wish I never sold this one.
2007 Yamaha V-Star 1100 custom
2003 Honda VTX 1800c
2001 Harley Roadking
2005 Honda VTX 1800

My father constantly has something different in the garage, so I've ridden dozens and dozens of bikes of all makes and models.

That's awesome! Of the bikes you have been able to ride so far, which is your favorite?

I would be happy with something like this:

Great solution to the whole GF sitting on friend's lap thing.

You can't go wrong with a Honda.

So far my favorite bike was my 2003 Honda VTX. Just had the right mix of sporty and comfortable.

The 1100 V-Star was really nice too. I didn't really appreciate how good it was when I had it though.

Were you super afraid of wrecking when you first started riding?
