I drink a fair amount of tea. No coffee/caffeine.

I mainly have ginger tea. Nothing too fancy, this is something I drink a fair bit.

For iced tea I usually mix a few bags of regular store brand green or black with a few bags of whatever herbal tea I have (8 total for 1 pitcher). I'm always changing it up there are so many varieties. I always have a pitcher in the fridge. Fill the pitcher with water and pour it into a giant pot. Bring to a boil. Turn it off and when it stops boiling throw in your tea bags. When it cools off enough that you can pour it back into the pitcher throw it in the fridge.

For loose leaf get yourself a cast iron tea pot or for single cups an infuser man or something like it. Avoid the ones with the fine mesh as they don't let enough water in. I never cared for the "ball" type infusers. I've bought every tea maker there is and these are the two I end up using the most.

I drink all kinds and am not really loyal to any one brand. I recommend trying as much different stuff as you can. If you want some unique flavors check out Tiesta Teas. They have a sampler pack that's a pretty good deal. Maybe start there.

I've tried many times but I've consistently found green tea gives me a headache. Love some lemon ginger tea though.

I live in the South, so mostly Iced sweet Tea and Arnold Palmers.

thinking about making the switch to tea

what kind of teas do you guys like ?

do you steep and brew or whatever with a cool device ?

i had a really nice market with loose leaf teas you could get that seemed legit near me before but now i moved and im just near normal places i think amazon probably the best bet

ty ily

im a tea expert. i will make a post later!

Chamomile is my go-to.
Steeped in a pot, with sugar & sometimes honey.

I drink coffee In the mornings and afternoons. After dinner, I’ll drink either black tea, oolong, green tea, or matcha. Tea after dinner helps with digestion, especially if you had fatty foods.

I bought these on Amazon. They are a 3 inch diameter wheel instead of the 2 inch most chairs use and are polyurethane. They roll almost too easily.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01G643EU6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Those have some really bad reviews saying they broke after a short time and started tilting and cracked the chair's base. I saw Amazon has something like those, but with two wheels per caster and looks like the wheels are replaceable.

Tetley tea bag, 2 sugars, boiling water. Leave 3 mins. Squeeze teabag. Cold semi skimmed fresh milk, not long life. Full packet of rich tea biscuits to dip in. To be accompanied by dickinsons real deal or bargain hunt.

Ito En green tea from Japan.

I read someone say green tea from China is planted on a landfill, so all sorts of toxic shit ends up in the leaves.

damn biggie really was small

loose leaf
I like green and black teas
my favorites are tieguanyin, oolong and puer

I just put the leaves in the cup and add hot water

I dig gong fu cha but I haven't learned how to do it myself but will indulge when it is available

I like plain old black tea. But I do enjoy dandelion tea, as well as milk thistle tea for liver support.

I drink oolong tea in the afternoon and in the evening if I still have the craving for tea, I'd drink rooibos which has no caffeine.
