I was thinking after Christmas sometime? That way people who haven't yet contributed have a chance to get online on boxing day or something and vote for whomever they'd like to.

I think we probably have most of our categories as filled as they're gonna get though, so again that's another decision for the poll creator to make.

I do like the non-American best poster idea as well.
