In the press conference, he said he would take the fight if either Tony or Khabib dropped out and he was a man of his word.

Absolute warrior who is not afraid of any fighter and is willing to throw down against one of the most dominants fighters on the planet.

IMO he is the no. 1 P4P fighter in the world and although this will be a very tough fight especially short notice, he will be the best fighter Khabib has faced, even better than Tony.

Holloway is a beast for sure. He's fighting one of the most feared grapplers the sport has ever seen on short notice - injured. This kid is the right kind of crazy. If WME had a brain, this kid is the next epic star they need to promote. He's the new BJ Penn.

He's trying to make a living out of what he does the best. Just as Conor.

It's just that Max didn't quite make it to the point at where he can pick and choose. And lost vs Conor, which obviously doesn't help either.

Basically they're doing the same thing - Conor was simply able to pull it off better/earlier than Max.

Unfortunately, he's going to get hulk smashed repeatedly. If he had that 1 punch stopping power I might be a little more hopeful.
