Was wondering what his weight his, and how much he actually cut ?
He got pulled from UFC 223 because he had a rough time making 155, so how much was he cutting ? And if he struggled to make 155, how much does he cut to make 145 ?
He's a big FW considering he's 5ft11 in a midget division

A little more than you would think, a little less than he would like, but about right where he needs to be.

Nah. For a 5'11" dude to be 200 pounds, he either has to be decently fat or extremely thick and jacked. Max is neither of those things, even when he's out of camp.

180-185 is likely more accurate.
 
I'm 5'11 170 ish and I can't imagine having to cut weight to 145, I'd be lucky to cut to 160 hahaha, obviously this guy is in better shape than I am as he's a professional athlete but fuck man I couldn't imagine that's a very healthy weight cut. If he actually cuts from 185 to 145 every fight that's some fucked up shit to me, how do you even pull this off with that build without losing any muscle/strength? 20 lbs fat 20 lbs water?
 
He cuts mass not weight. He's as dense as a fallen star before fights.

Cut carbs , sodium, double up on water and don't fuck around for a couple weeks you'll get sub 160. Cutting water weight is quick that's that last ~10. He not losing muscle or strength.
 
My guess would be 175-180.
Would rather tell around 170. Im 5ft11 as well and weight 185 but Im more muscular than he is, he's slim and has low body fat
That would make more sense since he would cut 15 pounds to make 155, thats rough but its norm considering guys like GSP were cutting the double.
It's a tough cut to make 145 tho, surprised he never missed weight

i saw him at the poi factory about a week before he got the call. he was pretty fat (fatter than ive ever seen him in any media)
 
I think it was 167lbs or so when he was up and coming. Hes older now so 175 i would say. When he was gonna fight Khabib he was probably 180-185. He got more thick cause of the injury so he relaxed and ate more since he knew he was gonna be out for awhile but hes getting older as well.
