Max and Khabib casually training In the same room

I'm actually looking forward to this fight a little more than Ferguson.... I just think Max offers more threats than he does.

Good.

Kinda refreshing.

I hate fake drama.

How many threads about this have already been made?

Man, this sucks. I really wanted to see this fight when both of them are prepared, both are champions. Now we'll probably never get to see that.

Beebs wasn't going to start any shit since the advantage was only 3 to 1 and this wasn't bitch boy Artem

fighters are almost never completely prepared. Many of them are fighting with Injuries or with a handicap of some sort but never say anything.

At the end of the day, these guys are fighters. It's not always about being fully prepared. It's about rising to the occasion on the night. Mind over matter.

Nate wasn't prepared for Conor but had heart / resilience for days and put on a career defining performance. The ability to reach Into your soul and pull out a great performance Is always there, whether you're fully prepared or not.

The unexpectedness of fighting a completely different body on very short notice Is no joke and It's a big risk for all parties Involved. Anything can happen really

This is the biggest fight of Max's career. He has the ability here to become a 2 division champion. This fight could literally change his life forever. Max has heart for days, he doesn't give up, he's very mentally strong. He has nothing to lose here. Everything to gain. Picking Khabib but I have a feeling we may see the best of Max here, regardless of any seeming disadvantages. Wouldn't sleep on him. Don't think anyone else should either.

Definitely intriguing in a different way, however I think Tony still poses a greater threat. Tony has better jiu jitsu, is better off his back, has piercing elbows, has better wrestling, more unorthodox striking, more heart (he has overcome more diversity than Holloway), and better cardio (especially since Max has a 6 day training camp).

This is what it's all about. Seriously!

dope video is dope.

listen up n00bs this is how it's done. no gimmicks, no bullshit.

Respect is great and it's nice to see but i also like it when it gets needley... i like it when the fighters recognize that it's all on the line and are not afraid to let it all out. There is plenty of time to show respect after the fight is over.
