A quick recap of the rules i go by. Fighters are only eligible to be included if they pass ALL 3 rules.
1) All fighters must have fought at least once in the year 2018 - Inactive fighters are not included
2) Fighters must have at least 3 amateur fights
3) An age limit of 26 years old is in effect – fighters aged 27 & older will not be included

Yea a couple of reasons for that - one is there’s not much of an amateur scene in either of those countries. There is the odd amateur fighter from those countries with a decent record but its nearly impossible to get any information on them or find links to their fights. All in all nearly impossible to scout amateurs in those countries which is why my scouted fighters are nearly all US & Europe based.

Random comment but Delyan Georgiev is actually 30-0 as an amateur he's an absolute beast. His 15 documented wins are all IMMAF tournament wins

Yea quite a lot of the eastern european & russian amateurs have a much deeper record that i have put/ is listed on sherdog/tapology. I have just listed records of verified fights on tapology to make things consistent for myself.

Yea nobody seems able to stop his wrestling game. Bulgaria have brought through quite a few excellent prospects in the last couple of years - Nikolay Nikolov & Ferdun Osmanov are another couple they have brought through the amateur ranks & through the IMMAF tournament and both those have started off their pro careers well too.
