Matt Mitrione vs. Tito Ortiz

With Bellator recently signing Mitrione, will these two finally cross paths? There's been a lot of bad blood between the two for a few years now. I'd have to think Mitrione would be the favorite, but Tito could very well surprise me.

Haha yeah he made fun of Tito's wife (at the time) in that video, and then punked him, got right in Tito face and kept talking shit, and even if I was never a Tito fan I kind of felt bad for him...
Tito simply stood there like a staredown, but didn't reply anything since most of what Mitrione said was true and had that sad face....

But I do remember that Mitrione apologized (not to his face, in an interview) and said he went too far. I thought it was the end of it.

There is some new shit that I have missed? Kinda stopped browsing sherdog for a while a few months back...

Naah. Tito should stay at light heavyweight and contribute to that division. Plenty of light heavyweight match ups I would rather see for Tito (e.g., Rampage, King Mo, Phil Davis).

I would prefer a Wand rematch, but I'm down for this one too.
Mitrione had the most success from TUF 10 except for Roy obviously.
Felt good when that douche "Big Baby" got in his face for an awkward amount of time because Meathead injured the english douche in their fight.

Then Mitrione vs Big Baby for TUF final, Meat was beating that ass with a big ass smile the whole time.

And Bellator can say that he beat Kimbo, good promotion.

Shamrock has a long layoff, lots of injuries and is WW/MW sized. He came from an era when almost no one (except maybe Tito) cut weight. That fight makes no sense.

I think Mitrione would expose Tito. If Tito can't impose his will with wrestling (which I don't think he could do successfully against a HW with the size and athleticism of Mitrione), then he's left to his striking. Yeah, the same striking we saw in Tito vs. Bonnar.
