Matt Hume is an underrated coach and classy guy

In a perfect world, Matt Hume would be head of the NSAC.

Hell yeah. I remember back in the day, Hume was a judge in PRIDE and involved in creating the rule set. I remember at one PRIDE event (maybe 13? It was Ninja vs. Matsui I think), he commentated with Bas and Quadros about the rules, and his insight was awesome.

and hume is a great coach for sure .

Matt Hume is a pioneer and true master of MMA. DJ is going to be a monster under his tutelage.

That's the epitome of underrated. People in the know respect him but a helluva lot of people who arent, don't really know about him.

You don't really hear about "oh the Matt Hume camp" like AKA/Jacksons/Nova Uniou/BH etc. for example.

Probably Rich Franklin. Barnett more likely told everyone he'd become a champion before quitting his job.

MMA newbies do not know who Matt "the wizard" Hume is. People call Greg Jackson a master strategist, when actually Hume has been a master strategist a decade earlier. Hume and AMC been around longer than UFC has, yet all you hear about on these forums are the McDojo's
