You're delusional, Smolka/Nguyen winner is nowhere near ready for mighty mouse, this will be Smolkas first top 15 win and his stand up game is pretty horrible. Sergio Pettis is a better prospect than Smolka.

Why the harsh words? I swear for some reason I never get nice comments on my matches to make threads. I agree they aren't ready for Mighty Mouse, but no one is. Smolka, Pettis, Scoggins, or Nguyen or even Benavidez again would all be fine in my opinion. Mighty Mouse has made it clear he's staying at 125, so honestly it doesn't even matter who it is. Just line em up.

Not being harsh, just truthful, I like the majority of the other match-ups I'm just not feeling the Smolka hype.

Dang TS....You did your homework. That's a lot of matches too take in.

Well I'm not delusional, because I agree with you. But like I said I don't think it honestly matters who it is. Mighty Mouse will take em out. He might become the first guy to literally clean out the entire division. I think he'll go on to be the longest reigning champion ever by a long shot. I agree with Joe he's the greatest ever. And anyone who says he's boring are wrong, it's no one can make a competitive fight against him. I think he'd take out Pettis just as easy as he'd take out Smolka. Plus I really, really like the Pettis/Scoggins matchup. I'd really like to see that fight

I like the match ups but I would make a couple of different ones;

OSP vs Gus
East vs Asker
Vick vs Pearson (Vick needs a step up IMO)
Harris vs Abdurakhimov
Lee vs Dober

I like Vick a lot and have been bragging him up for a while, but I honestly wasn't extremely impressed with him last night. He still looks very green to me. I honestly imagine any one in the top 15 beating him pretty easily. He's a super scrappy guy so I wouldn't count him out of a fight ever I guess. But I kind of think he could use a few more fights against fellow up and comers or gatekeepers. Him vs Lee could be a fun stand up match with both being good boxers, and the winner I think would be right there for some bigger fights. Pearson would be perfect

That Cody East kid sounds like he could be a potential PR nightmare for the UFC given his sorted past. I'm glad the guy got KO'd.

Also East vs Asker would be great, from what I've seen they are very similar. Despite losing last night I was impressed with a few things I seen out of East, I think he can get some nice wins in the UFC for sure. I was happy to see Walt get the win though

Jon Jones vs Cormier
OSP vs Gustafsson

DJ vs Benavidez(since he doesnt want to go to BW and TUF winner wont be until December)
Henry Cejudo vs Horiguchi or McCall

Edson Barboza vs Chiesa or Iaquinta
Anthony Pettis vs Oliveira at FW or Dariush(if he stays at LW)

Robert Whittaker vs Mousasi/Brunson winner or Belfort(assuming he loses to Jacare)
Rafael Natal vs Dolloway

Yair Rodriguez vs Lucas Martins
Andre Fili vs Kikuno

Sergio Pettis vs Nguyen/Smolka winner or Gates/Holohan winner (slower build hes not in the same universe as DJ right now)
Chris Kelades vs Ryan Benoit

Danny Roberts vs Lyman Good or Oliveira/Moontasri winner
Dominique Steele vs Antonio Braga Neto

Carla Esparza vs Markos(if she wins in Ottawa) or Moroz
Juliana Lima vs Tecia Torres

James Vick vs Felder/Burkman winner or Pearson/Krause winner-5 in a row he deserves a name
Glaico Franca vs Damien Brown

Walt Harris vs De La Rocha/Milstead winner or Henrique/Smolyakov winner
Cody East vs Danho(if he wasnt cut after his awful perfomance) or Asker

Marcos Pezao vs Wilson/Henrique winner or Blachowicz
Clint Hester-cut

Kevin Lee vs Saggo/L. Silva winner
Efrain Escudero vs Lauzon/Sanchez loser, could be cut though

^I like that better. TS's is good too, but some of these guys definitely should be cut. A Pettis either kneads to drop a weight class or drop a level of competition.

The top 15 at LW is so fucking stacked right now, and Vick, Chiesa, Barboza might as well get some of those names.

Same principle applies for the rising stars at FW. Rodriguez, Choi, Amirkhani etc. They should be matched up with guys like Tavares, Guida, Mendes, etc. rather than each other.

I'd be feeling DJ vs Smolka with a win. But otherwise, shit man... yeah just line em up. Scoggins might impress bigtime his next time out. Otherwise, fuck dude IDK. I think Ngyuen, Pettis, etc all knead at least two more very good wins.

Is there no one better for Barboza than Chiesa? Going from beating Pettis to fighting Chiesa seems like a step backward.

It does and it is, but the top of the division is booked up right now. Unless you want to see MJ vs Barboza 2.

Good list, but you have too much time on your hands. And yet you will listen to that awful band Sublime who are a cheap and inferior version of the British band The Clash.

Good matchups except Whittaker should fight Bisping next. (And lose of course.)

Nguyen/Smolka winner is still another year or so away from being ready for the title shot, especially with MM being champ.

Scoggins probably is the best choice after 1 more win. Problem at FLW right now is that it's quite top heavy and MM has beaten everyone. There are many good prospects in the division but most seem to still be a year or more away from being able to beat the current elite in the division.
