"double digit loses" - watch those loses. Except the Wboy fight, who schooled Mas, all his loses in UFC are extremely close fights that could have gone either way. And, If I remember right, it was a robbery vs Al.

its not about who deserves it. Its about who's most marketable and who's the safest to market.
If khabib moved to america, sold out denounce the politics of his region and changed his views on certain politics, Companies would be clamoring to sign him.
Have to respect that he has integrity whether you agree with him or not.

It is pretty bad to not have arguably the P4P best guy in the sport on the cover, its not like he isnt a recognisable face either. It should be 3-4 people on there anyway.

If cejudo didn’t retire I think he had a good shot at being on the cover. Izzie probably has the most legitimate claim tho since he directly contacted EA about wanting to do motion cap work for the new game and actually plays it.

Considering there are two muslims on the cover of their boxing game in the past, it has nothing to do with Islamophobia.
It more has to do with Khabib rubbing shoulders with 2 dictators and a few shady characters. One dictator in chechnya who's doing a gay purge and killing journalists, and also limiting women's rights in his country(forcing divorced couples back together). The other one is well, putin.
Khabib(and his father) also have said women should stay home after both were asked about women fighting in MMA. So, I can see why big companies that want a global image want to stay away from this guy. I like khabib, my favorite fighter. Some of the politics is really out of necessity because of proximity. But I understand the companies too. Khabib should at least be the cover of the game for the russian version. It would sell really well there.
