Massive Drug Tunnel discovered at the Mexican Border

Apparently a half-mile tunnel was found between Mexico and San Diego, with 2,000 lbs of cocaine and 14,000 lbs of weed found being smuggled across the border. This is a little confusing because I thought saying drugs are being smuggled across the border was just racism and wasn't true. Granted they could still dig a tunnel underneath a wall, but can we at least admit there is a problem with unsavory people crossing the border illegally and smuggling shit?

I'm not saying we should ignore them. But to act like it's a national crisis is silly. Illegal immigration isn't an issue, more are leaving than coming in. If we legalized marijuana, they would lose a huge chunk of business and we could focus on taking out the hard drugs they would try to get by on and actually make some progress in taking away their power and influence.
