International Massacres in Sudan

You also don't see anyone defending this slaughter like they defend the slaughter of Palestinians by Israelis. Not really anyone to argue with, everyone agrees this is horrible, so no real debate to be had that draws attention.

This slaughter isn't being funded and supplied by US tax dollars either.

It's almost like the two conflicts have absolutely nothing to do with each other.
Indeed. This thread isnt a back n forth. Its just condemnation... its odd to see people try the comparison.

Worth while read

An existential battle of interests: what the Sudanese war is actually about

A bitter race to claim economic and political power has divided the country and the human cost can no longer be ignored

Two histories of war

There are two histories to the war in Sudan. One long, and one short. The long history is of a country where political and economic power has always been in the hands of the few. Regions such as Darfur have historically been marginalised and ignored. The region has suffered competition for resources and conflict along ethnic lines between Arab and African groups for decades, and a genocide against its non-Arab population was perpetrated in the early 2000s by Arab militias known as the Janjaweed, with the blessing and support of central government. The result was that, even as Sudan as a whole never fell apart, intense localised conflicts rumbled on for decades, leading to the growth and empowerment of militarised groups. The most concrete legacy of that history is the Rapid Support Forces (RSF), a militia that was formalised out of armed groups and is now at war with the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF).

The short history has its roots in Sudan’s popular revolution of 2019, in which president Omar al-Bashir who ruled Sudan for almost 30 years was deposed after months of protest. It was a revolution that had two demands: first the removal of a dictator, and second the ejection of the military (from whose ranks Bashir came when he led a coup in 1989) from power once and for all. In the aftermath of the revolution, it became clear that the RSF, which had partnered with Bashir and his government to suppress rebellion in Darfur, had amassed significant power. With Bashir gone, the RSF and the SAF entered what was supposed to be a transitional power-sharing agreement with civilians in order to pave the way for civilian rule. It was short-lived. The SAF and RSF turned on the civilians, and then each other. Sudan, it turned out, was only big enough for one armed body

Very sad and tragic situation. This video is by UNCHR workers, sadly they've been accusing of all the vilest shit by some people when they do great humanitarian work

UN refugee chief visits Sudan to highlight deepening humanitarian crisis

The UN High Commissioner for refugees travelled to Sudan on Monday to draw attention to a worsening humanitarian situation, 2 years into a bloody civil war. Antonia Kerrigan reports.

I'm pretty surprised to not have seen a thread on that. There are large scale massacres happening right now in Sudan in Al Fasher, over 2,000 people were killed in a few days. It's an immense tragedy, many commentators call it a genocide. Here are some explanations, this video is a good first summary:

Moderator edit: Video below. Gore, watch at your own risk.

Why did the lady reading the news say that "they are killing all the black people" when the video clearly shows that shooters are black as well? What twisted agenda is this?

The situation is tragic though. Shit like that should not be happening.

I am not surprised. Militant Sunni Islamist terror organizations are a major problem, not only in the Middle East and Africa but globally.

I do not know why terror movements among Sunnis are so popular and active, but they have to address that issue themselves.

Recently in Germany, an imam was arrested because he was preaching violence. The disturbing part is that none of the people attending reported him; the police were already monitoring him. Can you imagine that in a regular mosque an imam preaches violence and not a single attendee thinks it is a good idea to report him? I am speechless at the level of radicalization among Sunnis, reaching even the most ordinary people.

Yeah, this is some of the worst shit going on in the world, but no one pays attention because there is no Jew-Islam conflict.

Why would anyone care about Africans killing each other? Nothing to shout from your rooftop about that anyone will hear. No Tik Tok trends, no college protests. No viral opinion videos anyone will watch. No opportunities for virtue signaling.

Who cares?
Exactly this. Hypocrites screaming genocide being busy hating the jews again while feeling morally superior.

No one cares about africa and the horrors happening there.

The irony of saying that in this very thread isn't lost on you I see.

*crickets*

Large piles of bodies, new mass graves, and cremation pits are visible in satellite imagery.

British MPs were briefed that at least 60,000 people are believed killed, and up to 150,000 residents remain missing since the RSF captured the city on 26 October 2025.

Human rights experts say El Fasher is likely the worst war crime of the Sudanese civil war, already marked by mass atrocities and ethnic cleansing.

This isn’t the point you think it is lol

It’s because most of the world are racist af against black people

The reason Ukraine gets funding is also the same reason..
Ukraine gets funding because it is geopolitically more significant. nothing more nothing less.

Again, the irony isn't lost on you also responding that in a thread I made myself... Could you guys please stop trying to derail it for your own agenda and talk about the subject at hand ? Thanks.

What the fuck are you talking about? lol... What agenda? Those are posts about what's going on Sudan. And it's getting almost zero mainstream press.

Geez... grow a fucking spine

Not even close
I've seen a ton of videos of Israelis who gleefully praised the killings of Palestinians and many even said they didn't care that children were killed and that they deserved to die.

No, your posts mention specifically "No Jew, no news". They are clearly oriented. I am one of the most vocal pro palestinians voices here and I post on many different topics that raise my concerns. Including this very thread I created.

The fact that you truly believe that I - or other people like me - do not care about gneocide, ethnic cleansing, wars, military agressions, massacres and so on, if it doesn't involve israel is mind boggling.

I am truly amazed and unable to understand how you would really think that ???

Sure if your toxic social media feed gives you everything that your brain rot needs, it confirms this bias, but if you step outside of this bubble two seconds don't you realize how insane of a claim that is ?

Again, please to not derail the thread, the situation in Sudan is serious. Let's talk about that. There are many threads to discuss the other issues you want to.

See how they think and act.

He brings up this thread to show that he cares about other conflicts too, not just Gaza and Palestinians. But the moment people start doing exactly what he does in the “Hamas thread"—namely pointing out how brutal Sunni Islamist terrorist groups are, how many people they have killed, and that these atrocities amount to genocide initiated by Muslim extremists—he gets angry and claims they have an agenda against Muslims.

The irony here is hard to beat.

It is pretty comical.

I am sure you will post an equivalent amount in this thread and with the same fervor then. I expect 2000 posts about Sudan by month's end

And let’s not forget the roughly 150 posts where he calls it a genocide, either directly or sarcastically.

But of course, he won’t apply the same label here, because he has already accused another poster—who did essentially the same thing he did regarding the Hamas threat, albeit in only three or four posts instead of 150—of having an agenda against Muslims.

You guys are in love and fascinaton with me. You follow me through every thread like good little puppies. You might dream of me too. Balkan even follows me in the UFC forum if I talk about Horiguchi lol.

I don't owe you shit. Because your bigoted views about Muslims make your believe that 2 billions they are not humans with various intellectual and moral sensitivities does not concern me.

It's hilarious how you make it like you know what I think when it's all in your racist head. This forum is way too important for you.

You're the ones who are shameful and totally ok when it's Muslims that are slaughtered like in Palestine, totally cool with dozens on thousands of children being killed as long as they're arab Muslims. not the other way around.

You only have one tune. Now please stop derailing, what does talking about what I post or not have to do ?

Now can you please stop derailing the thread with persona attacks that don't contribute in understanding the subject of this thread: Sudan.
