Masdival saying Colby is not a draw is truth

Really want to see Colby vs Justin at LW. Maybe he can become more of a star at LW because it's a more popular division. I think you need finishes to be popular though.

Fuck, who cares? Just fight. Colby, as much as he comes off as a dick is still a talented fighter. He made Jorge look like a novice. Thats all that matters in hindsight. People will argue its a business and you need to sell yourself. That attitude probably ruined just as many careers as its built up. These guys are fighters not influencers.

Colby cares. I actually think he deserves more for all the hard work he does on his shtick, but the fans don't seem to agree.
 
He isn't. It's funny because he probably tries the hardest out everyone to be. He can beat most in his division but it wont be pretty.

You watch Colby fights BECAUSE of the storyline, so much so no one seemed to be talking about the huge chance Masvidal just gets wrestlefucked and it's a relatively boring fight.

I still think Colby is insanely talented but his style is boring and his act is larger than life so almost all his "attention" is for the conflict he has with other people.

Chris Lytle and Paul Taylor were one of the MOST exciting fighters in the history of the UFC. But they were also super respectful and bland in interviews and in the MMA media. Because of that, they were easily forgotten despite like having a million fight of the night bonuses.

Point is, you can be exciting in a cage but if you are not stirring the pot then you are not creating storylines that people would wish to follow.

You’ve said this a few times that I’ve seen. Do you have a link to Woodley vs Colby? Was that the ME? Because I can’t imagine that selling for shit. Then two Usman fights. While Masvidal had that big Usman ppv, the rematch, and the BMF fight I believe? I’m sorry but I’m going to need some kind of link on this. Because there’s no way Colby sold more than Usman or Masvidal. And both those guys were the A side of their fights with Colby.

To be clear I root for Colby to get ktfo every fight.

That being said what he has shown in the cage has lowkey made me a fan. The Kurt Angle theme the over the top pro wrestling style heel lol all of it except he takes it too far with the family shit.
