Marvin's bad day

Oh man, I shor Marvin in the face.

I love that line so much.

I harassed flashback cinema for over 2 years to show that in theaters. I had friends and family email and message them on Facebook. They used to respond with we have no plans to show it. Then it was, we may put that in future lineups. Them it was we are putting it in our summer lineup. Started bothering them in 2018 and in 20202 they put it in theaters. It was during the Covid mask garbage. They were playing it on a Saturday and Sunday. I bought tickets to both days. Then I got banned from the theater after the Saturday showing because I would not wear a mask by some young manager who thought she was the shit. So I pulled a Karen and went right to the GM who I knew and was working that day also and got the ban lifted. It was so great to see it in theaters.

Are you trying to say Vincent was not a highly competent professional?
Vincent was a dumbass. He has such a problem with people telling him what to do, he probably never joined the army or even took a training class on handling firearms.

He was probably a loser that didn't graduate high school so becoming a goon for a crime lord was the only career option he had.

Actually, it wouldn't be a stretch to imagine he's the same character he played in welcome back kotter, and this is just where he wound up later in life. That character was even named "Vinnie" and he had a brother (which could presumably be Vick Vega)

He really fucked up, leaving the gun on the counter when he went to take a shit.

It's funny how that happens three times in this movie. He takes a piss in Mia's house, and trying to talk himself out of fucking Mia, while she OD's

He goes to take a shit and then the restaurant burglary happens.

And then he takes a shit in Butch's house without his gun, and ends up dying over that mistake.

Even though the guy has a hair trigger temper, he's obviously very useful to a man like Marcellus.

The whole situation with blowin Marvin's head off and Mia's OD, all that stuff was just the world conspiring against him.

"Yolanda, keep the gun on me! VIncent ! SHUT THE FUCK UP!"

"Jules, you give that Nimrod $1500, and I'm going to shoot him on general principal"

I think you all overestimate hitmen.

These are not CIA wetboy specialists going to another country to assassinate political figures. They are mafia style goons going on a hit.

in the 3 Capo's hit that happened in real life and was a planned hit, one of the shooters was Sal Vitale and he was given a machine gun because they assumed with his army training he knew how to shoot it. He cocked the gun and accidentally discharged shots into the wall, scaring the shit out of everyone. And then he was told to just watch the door lol.

In that hit, Santo Giordano, one of the Canadian Zip shooters who came up with Rizzuto to assist, was hit by stray fire from someone else lol. Ended up Paralyzed
