No, he wasn't. He was supposed to get 2 hours, they told him 2 hours, and then cut him off in less than 1 hour when he only had .2 lbs to go.
 
Great fight but Yoel lost his last fight at MW then missed weight in his next two fights. There's no way he is the true MW champ.

So he was so depleted that an extra hour to lose .2 lbs would have killed him, but they were still willing to let him fight a grueling 5 round fight the next day? Sounds legit. He wanted the extra time and he didn't even look in the top 10 most depleted fighters weighing in.

Your point? Was he entitled to that in the first place? It was a medical call and the fight was announced like 3 months beforehand, not to mention he'd already missed weight for the previous fight.

And yes, I can't think of any other times where a fighter came in a little over and wasn't given the option for an extra few hours to lose the last lb or 2.

No the commission actually didnt let him cut the 1lb he needed even though there was still time left, and it was typically allowed. U guys are just making things up now

He needed 2 guys to help him walk away after the second weigh-in for fuck's sake. Completely justified by the AC/doctors.
