It did surprise me to see generic hate for him, exemplified by @BEATDOWNS post on first page. So much of it, so many shit takes that I did not bother to respond to them. But if I did I might have reminded them:

Mark got offered to have his whole contract paid out but chose to fight and earn his money. Old school values.

And he got some good wins, spoke very little and was revered on here for this and walk off KO's.


Anyways...

His mistake seems to be in thinking that Dana had any of the same old school values that he does. While I hope that he is happy with his efforts towards what he see's as justice, I wish he would take the attitude to go for a greater win by putting his money and efforts into something else, because I don't think he can win. But his principles are his right I guess.

Mark Hunt had a really bad run pre-UFC, but he pretty much redeemed himself and proved he belonged even when he didn't have to.

Guy came to the UFC with a sub .500 MMA record coming off of 5 losses in a row. Gets subbed in his first UFC fight losing his 6th fight in a row. If anything Mark Hunt should be thankful for the opportunities he got. He turned a career of being a punching bag and random KOs every once in a while into a million dollars. Like bro you should have been got after getting subbed by Sean McCorkle in a minute.
