Anyone else watching? I did not know there was or would be a season 2. I am starting episode 3 now, they all got uploaded to streaming sites, whole season. So far its still epic.

The production value is so damn high, the version with chinese voice over must be extremely popular to warrant another season. I only saw episode one so far. Will watch rest.

ya just finished episode 4, i do not want to go to bed. ill probably finish the last 6 tomorow for season 2. scenery alone is worth the time investment, kind of makes me wish i was living in china and stuff.

Came across Marco Polo by accident last week. Watched the first four episodes in one day of season one. My wife caught the last of the fourth episode and was liking it. I didn't think she would be interested but who knew!

Finished season one tonight and will be through season two this coming week. We really like it!

Kinda felt the same, but I got around recently to giving it a chance and it's a pretty solid show.


Hundred eyes is an awesome character for anyone who enjoys the 'wise bad ass monk' shtick. His stand alone 30 minute short film is a must watch before starting season 2. Liked the Chancellor (or whatever he's called) from the Song Dynasty as well. Dude played a good role and was great in it. And Kublai Kahn is pretty awesome too.


This show also has a huge budget and it's obvious in many of the scenes. Also like that this show will take chances other shows wouldn't (I would have to spoiler some examples and don't feel like doing so).


Anyways, if you have Netflix and need to add a show into your rotation I'd recommend this one. Some great acting and some really good characters with an at times predictable storyline that's still entertaining.
