marcelo garcia shorts

I got the shorts, they seem kinda flimsy and thin but they feel pretty comfortable. I grappled in them the other day. They aren't too long tho, stop about an inch (atleast) above the knee. I was looking for something a little bit longer and I'll work with these for now. I got a 32 and they feel pretty snug, I was told that you should usually go a size up from what you actually are. So next time I'll be getting 34's, I think for the 22 bucks I spent, good investment.

the material is thin-- my team mate had them-- they look ok--and there only $30

I'd rather pay the extra dough and get Sprawls. Way better quality.

Looks like M. Garcia just "endorses them" Read as he gets them for free, so if they are not that great of quality, than he does not care as he gets "free pairs"!

Not so for the poor foke like us! haha

well they are made by ground fighter (WMA) the guys that produce his DVDs -- shogun and Ninja wear them too in there instructional

$30 is a decent price though

They do look pretty crappy but I doubt Marcelo wears these. I think he wore them on a DVD but that's about it.

Actually, these shorts are really good. no, we don't sell them (we used to).

honestly, it's a good quality short.

im pretty sure that Marcelo wore these during ADCC 2007 so they must be pretty good shorts. being one of the top grapplers in the world im pretty sure he wouldnt use shitty gear

me too-- never regretted buying sprawls and there still in top condition

yeah i still have an original pair of sprawls(before they added the outside leg splits) have had em since 03 and they are still in perfect condition..

They look stupid and dumb.

my friend got them and the first time he tried them on the drawstring loop inside ripped right away

horrible quality, how does something break when you TRY IT ON?????????????

The worst shorts and customer support, wore the shorts 3 time over a 2 month period and the material came apart along the seem of the flex panel, sent 4 emails to the company no replies.

The shors aren't bad for the price. The embroidery on mine came slightly undone on one side. The other side is still intact a year later. They are actually a decent pair of shorts. The only thing I dont like which seems to be par for all these grappling shorts is the bulky velcro. I just roll the waist band over once and they are very comfortable to roll in. I never think twice about it. The construction is actually nice with side slits and flex panel inseam. They are similar the sprawls in most aspects.
