Seriously skilled. If you aren't very skilled, this is still an easy kick to land on somebody, especially if you are willing to fall down on your butt while throwing it. Know an amateur who threw it near the end of the round and knocked out two opponents with it, but he threw it in a way with more commit. If you try it sparring it almost always lands just throw it gentle cause its dangerous.
