The police have to round up all the animals and apprehend this guy. When they do they find him with gerbils in his pants. Oh, and his last name is Pancake.

Unfortunately not, in real life he was hit and killed by a drunk driver while driving with his family, he was filming the Weird Al Yankovic cult classic UHF at the time so he's only in a couple scenes when his part was supposed to be much bigger
