what's the best exercise to lose man tits other than killing myself? i'm about 185 and in decent shape but i can't get rid of the little man tits. i'm not hardcore into training or anything like that but i need to lose the tits. please help :redface:
 
Surgery. you can't spot reduce bodyfat, if you have tits, you have two options:
1) Reduce total body fat, clean up your diet, GET hardcore into training (it's fun I promise) and watch the titties fall off.
2) if you have bad gyno (for whatever reason) surgery may be your only option.
 
185 at what height?, if youre around 6ft. theres no need to diet, though i highly recommend a clean one, you can eat the shit you eat and still sculp it to near-acceptable look

youd be amazed at some of the regular pricks or thugs outside who eat shit but still gain muscles, ever seen prison documentaries? all they do is bench, press up and pull up there

those guys in prison that are building the muscle are usually on a hi protein lo fat diet and some lift up to 4 hours or more a day.

I don't doubt what Girljock is saying. I know someone who went to prison for four months and he lost a good amount of weight while packing on some muscle.

There's no snacking and you don't have much else to do in prison.
 
It's genetics, some men are stuck with it. Saw it in a documentary in class.

5'11. i know guys who can eat like a fuckin pig and no diet and they are still small. i'm not really heavy and i don't have a " beer belly " or anything just some small man tits that i wanna cut off. any basic exercise that would help like pushups, pullups or such? i have no equitment. all i have is a heavy bag, speed bag, and a pull-up bar. oh, and man boobs

Pullups, deadlifts, clean and press, decline barbell/dumbell presses and dips. run...run like the wind. It's hard to work that lower chest area though so try to lean out and add mass all over.

It could be genetics. If not, you have to train harder and watch your diet.

High repitition with lower weight, and increase cardio will help cut the weight and give you that lean sculptured look.

Increase the weight and lower the reps will build bulk.

Don't neglect the cardio!

have a friend that is in excellent shape but still has tits. genetics, plus the diet he grew up on.
 
YOU CANNOT SPOT REDUCE! PERIOD. Doing situps will not cut bodyfat from your stomach any more than it will from your arms. Doing pushups will not cut bodyfat from your chest any more than it will from your thighs. you must reduce TOTAL bodyfat to lose your tits, and the only way to do that is through appropriate training (both strength and cardio) and diet.

Just use lots of hair gel. There's something in it that reduces cortisol levels thereby increasing fat loss. Apply it directly to the chest for best results.
