It mentions Geoff Neal in the article. I believe he works as a waiter in a restaurant. That seems better than Doordash but UFC careers only last a few years. The average UFC career is probably similar to NFL which is 3.3 (NBA is 4.5). Neal probably has better healthcare benefits at his restaurant than he does with the UFC. Neal doesn't have to worry about the UFC screwing around and not giving him a fight or trying to force him to take a fight that isn't in his best interests. It's good to see UFC/WME profits growing while fighters are working at Doordash and putting fresh pepper on my caesar salad. Nothing to talk about here. These aren't the droids you're looking for.
