Woodley and Brunson's opponents tend to forget about head movement and blocking when fighting them.

Souza completely shut down Derek with a combination of pressure, blocking and head movement. You can't give too much respect to guys like Woodley and Brunson or else you'll end up in a 50/50 fight.

Notice that both Wonderboy and Machida got caught with their chin up in a standing posture, it's their biggest weaknesses.

Seriously, why have fighters forgotten about how effective blocking with a high guard can be? Those explosive right hands don't hurt as bad when they hit the forearm.

High guard = easier to take down.

Jacare didn't need to worry about the takedown threat, whereas Wonderboy does.

But I agree with TS. Many fighters should work on their head movement and blocking punches with their arms as opposed to blocking punches with their face.
