Don't know why Luke gets so much hate. I thought his salt over the Ping fluke was just him being a genuine person. Literally any of us would've been fuming over that and he just dgaf enough to make some fake attempt to hide it

He has usually been pretty arrogant.

But think about it, if he had taken Bisping very seriously the second time he would be on an extremely impressive finishing streak.

If he beats Yoel, who he would have fought after Bisping, then he proves he would have been 7-0 in his last 7 had he taken Bisping seriously.

That would make anyone sour that you not just lose but lose your championship to a guy everyone knows you're better than and could beat.

Then he declines so fast that Luke couldn't get a trilogy if he begged for it now.

Sherdog turned on him long before he lost to Bisping. It was his first fight in the UFC, the loss to Vitor, and his refusal to accept it, that led to people calling him "salty" or "Rocksalt," etc. His reputation around here never recovered from that. At any given time he might have more or less "fans" on the bandwagon, but overall the attention he's gotten here since the Vitor fight has been negative. Before that fight, pretty much no one said anything bad about him.

It really seems like the Vitor loss really made him more negative personality wise since Vitor was juicing and ended his streak because of it. If Vitor was clean Rockhold would have easily won that fight. Any reasonable person would be pissed.
