Gabi Garcia could, Lana Stefanac if she's in good shape probably still could. Ronda Rousey is not the end all be all of women who can fight, we forget there are beasts out there who are physically larger than most men, and know enough to defend against someone world-class who is over 60 pounds lighter. If women's MMA was as popular as futbol/soccer, we'd see the true best female fighters possible and they'd eat Ronda for breakfast. That said, Lucia obviously isn't an ogre and would get armbarred.

It doesn't matter. Ronda's an olympic Judoka, and she's been training BJJ with worldclass instructors for years.
Being a great striker won't matter at all.
